Ingenis Recruitment was established in 2008 by Helen Menezes, who has worked within the recruitment industry for 15 years prior to starting her own business.

Starting as a trainee consultant, Helen progressed very quickly within an International Recruitment Business to an Area manager before embarking on a start up business for a couple of private investors.

Ingenis Recruitment was created to provide a consultative personalised service where we make time for our candidates and clients and individualise our services to cater to their requirements.

We are a boutique, privately owned recruitment consultancy which specialises in recruiting staff for the following industries:

Based in the Thames Valley, we recruit mainly within the London and the M4 corridor. We offer a bespoke service to suit individual needs and provide expert knowledge within the sectors in which we operate.
